Owner and provider at Flores Family Child Care. Mrs. Karlana has over 10 years of experience in the industry. She has owned and operated her own daycare since 2012 realizing one of her life long goals. Opening her first location in South Central Los Angeles she gain all the experience she now masters on a daily bases. Now expanding her child care business to a new location, her goal still reminds the same, one day open a daycare center of her own.

Co-owner and provider at Flores Family Child Care. Mr. Victor husband to Ms. Karlana has 10 years of experience in child care development. He oversees the day to day operations and keeps records on all the children. His understanding of local laws and regulations make it easy for him to help parents find payment opinions for child care in the area.

Digital Marketing Dictator at Flores Family Child Care. Mr. Victor son of Mr. & Mrs. Flores works full time in a Homeowners Association but still finds time for the family business. His understating of social media and digital platforms helps him drive traffic to the family business. Helping his parents scale their business to new heights.
